The article offers information related to two cases of Large Cell Acanthoma (LCA), which were successfully treated with photodynamic therapy (PDT). It is noted that 46 year old woman with a history of autoimmune hepatitis with progression to liver cirrhosis received immunosuppressive treatment with corticosteroids, azathioprine and everolimus. In the second case skin biopsy of a 65 old man showed clinical suspicion of basal cell carcinoma, but the histological study revealed LCA.
