Abstract (English):: The conjuncture of the change of government in Colombia determines possible adjustments to the final peace agreement signed with the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC-EP), and with it, in the public policy of cadastre. As a result of the compilation, organization, review and analysis of different documents, the article addresses progress, relationships and differences in the process of construction and consolidation of peace in point one «Towards a New Colombian Field: Integral Rural Reform» and the design, formulation and implementation of the public policy of multipurpose cadaster (CM), during the government of former President Santos (2010-2018) and the first year of the government of president Duque.
