Abstract (English):: In groups with using corazole and proline rich polypeptide and corazole, inhibition of PNP activity in both organs was observed. As for the properties of PNP in the liver of the rats, the enzyme proved to be resistant to the above mentioned preparations. In the catalytic activity of ATPases in the mitochondria of the brain in white rats of three different ages (3, 6 and 9 months) during corazole-induced epileptiform seizures were ambiguous.
