B Author Information b An event is serious (based on the ICH definition) when the patient outcome is: * death * life-threatening * hospitalisation * disability * congenital anomaly * other medically important event In a randomised, prospective, single-institutional, consecutive cohort study of 60 patients with locally advanced unresectable non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) enrolled from December 2013 to December 2014, one patient [ I age and sex not stated i ] was described, who developed pneumonitis following neoadjuvant chemotherapy with cisplatin and paclitaxel for locally advanced unresectable NSCLC. The patient who had locally advanced unresectable NSCLC received 4 cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy consisting of cisplatin injection 75 mg/m SP 2 sp divided into day 1 and day 2 and IV paclitaxel injection 175 mg/m SP 2 sp on day 1, repeated every 3 weeks [ I not all routes stated i ]. Neo-adjuvant chemotherapy followed by either continuous hyper-fractionated accelerated radiation therapy week-end less or conventional chemo-radiotherapy in locally advanced NSCLC-A randomised prospective single institute study.
