To develop new types of crystalline proton conducting materials for fuel cells, a polyoxometalate-based hydrogen-bonded organic framework (PHOF) based on Keggin-type [PMo12O40]3− and phenylimidazole (PHOF 1) has been prepared. AC impedance analysis shows that the highest proton conductivity of PHOF 1 reaches up to 2.02 × 10−4 S cm−1 (100 °C, 98% RH). [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
