Abstract (English):
Due to technological developments, the criminalization of artificially intelligent beings and, accordingly, the birth of their criminal responsibilities has ceased to be a figment of imagination. Some of the events that we only watched in science fiction movies before are now possible to occur in real life. Therefore, it has become compulsory to examine the criminal liability of artificial intelligence robots. As of now, the legal status of artificial intelligence has not been clarified. Therefore, the explanations we will make are intended to lay the groundwork for criminal disputes to be experienced in the coming years. Therefore, in our study robot and artificial intelligence concepts will be examined first. Afterwards, the issue of whether or not to recognize personality in artificial intelligence will be discussed. After that, evaluations will be made according to criminal law. In this context, explanations will be made in terms of whether artificial intelligence will have the ability to act, the spiritual element of crime, participation, defect and the ability to defect, and sanctions.
