To assess the clinical impact of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID- 19) pandemic on pregnancies complicated with Twin-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS). Results 109 TTTS cases were evaluated, 54 during the COVID-19 pandemic and 55 in the previous year.
