FORGED "ALL MONEYS" MORTGAGES: AGAIN.

The article discusses the court case Perpetual Trustee Victoria Ltd. v. English which stemmed from Mr. English's forgery of the signature of his estranged wife, Ms. English, on loan and mortgage documentation to secure loan from Perpetual, over their jointly held Torrens system land. Perpetual sought an order for possession of the property and judgment against the defendants for the amount due under the agreement.
