Gender Inequality in the Division of Household Labour in Tanzania.

The article presents a study that examines gender norms and languages used for rationalising gender inequalities regarding the division of household labour in Tanzania. Interviews, focus groups, and surveys have been participated by students and secondary students from Tanzanian universities. Several gender norms such as women who are perceived to be responsible for theory children were demonstrated. Moreover, an attempt to justify an inequality has been illustrated.
