La cultura de hacer política en el pensamiento filosófico antropológico de José Martí / The culture of making politics out of José Marti´s anthropological and philosophical thought

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo develar la concepción de la cultura de hacer política en el pensamiento martiano. Para ese fin, se emplean los métodos histórico-lógico, inducción-deducción, hermenéutico y revisión bibliográfica. Como resultado, se analizan cinco tesis principales que sustentan ese concepto: el estudio de los elementos peculiares del país; el conocimiento de la naturaleza humana, para adecuar la práctica política a las características de los hombres y de los pueblos a los que se aplicaría; su visión sobre el papel del Partido, el Pueblo, el Gobierno y la relación entre los gobernantes y su pueblo; la política basada en el amor y en función de servir a los hombres y buscar su felicidad; y la práctica social inclusiva para asegurar el equilibrio de las fuerzas sociales. This paper is aimed to reveal the conception of the culture of doing politics out of José Marti’s ideas. To that end, historic-logic, induction-deduction, hermeneutic and bibliographical review methods were used. As a result, five main theses that support this concept are analyzed: the study of the peculiar elements of the country; the knowledge of human nature to adapt political practice to the characteristics of men and peoples to which it would be applied; his vision about the role of the Government, the Party and the People, and the relationship between rulers and their people; politics based in love and with the purpose of serving men and pursuing their happiness; and the social inclusive practice to ensure the balance of social forces.
