Media Day at the Super Bowl has become an accepted annoyance by the league as they go out of their way to accommodate nonsporting media and asses like that boorish clown. The day has become an annual pilgrimage of over 3,000 media-types from virtually every country in the world, many of whom couldn't tell you the difference between a field goal and a sack. A serious question got a serious answer from football player Willie McGinest, an all-American and Lombardi Award finalist in 1993 in his senior season at Southern Cal. Regarding the question about New England Patriots relentless pounding of the Indianapolis Colts in the AFC Championship game McGinest answered "no, but we knew we couldn't get into a finesse game with them, they would have beaten us."
