A 300-hp turbo four is the base engine; a 365-hp twin-turbo V-6 is used on the top Platinum trim. The EcoBoost twin-turbo 3.5-liter V-6 is still a choice, but the base 3.5-liter V-6 and upgrade turbo-diesel 2.0-liter four are new; every engine now pairs with a 10-speed automatic. Underneath, it's essentially the same big sedan that was introduced in 2016, with the same engine choices: a twin-turbo 3.3-liter V-6 and a 5.0-liter V-8. Weighing 100 to 150 pounds more than a regular Continental, this all-wheel-drive special is fitted with the 400-hp version of the car's twin-turbo 3.0-liter V-6. Five trims are available: the 335-hp base version, the 434-hp S coupe, the 541-hp Turbo coupe, the 455 E-Hybrid coupe, and the 670-hp Turbo S E-Hybrid coupe. [Extracted from the article]
