The Overmilitarization of American Foreign Policy.

An essay is presented which explores the observed flaws in the U.S. foreign policy. Topics discussed include the leadership demonstrated by the administration of U.S. President Donald Trump in response to the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, the military spending of the U.S. government prior to the pandemic, and the outcome of past military intervention strategies of the U.S. in countries such as Libya and Afghanistan.
