The article examines the problems in the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) leadership and justice system in 2021. Topics discussed include the deficiency in the CAF checks and balances that aim to address the negative aspect of its coercive culture, decline in the number of military personnel who are optimistic about the willingness of senior leadership to address cultural and systemic problems, and the CAF history of not implementing changes to address the crisis of leadership and sexual misconduct.
