The article presents the responses of U.S. survey participants to the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans' 2022 survey which represents responses from 172 apprenticeship programs in the U.S. and Canada. Topics covered include the challenges faced by programs and apprentices, the prevalence and impact of mental health and substance use disorder issues within programs, and the support available to current apprentices suffering from mental health and substance use disorders.
