This method of cattle feeding not only lowers saturated fats but slightly raises healthy omega-3 fatty acids, which studies indicate may help prevent heart disease and bolster the immune system. More conjugated linoleic acid found in this beef may also help prevent breast cancer, diabetes, and other ailments.
