Multiple comments are included citing the author's enjoyment of the subject, the surprises he found in discovering how few people understand the larger narrative of the Bible and its stories, and the difficulties of teaching the material. Conclusions are offered suggesting that the stories stand alone and need not be over-analyzed for meaning to be projected.
