The article presents a review of the trends and sales figures of U.S. Postal Services (UPSC) promotions and negotiated service agreements (NSAs) by the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO). It discusses opportunities and challenges related to generating additional revenue and merits of the recommendations from GAO requiring USPS to provide information to the U.S. Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC) about its data collection and analysis plans and PRC to evaluate it.
