One of the great observations from the annals of The Appraisal Journal is "history reveals that mankind has not always been so fortunate as to have great truths revealed just when they were most needed." In the valuation of railroad corridors for interim recreational trails, there is a great need for being aware of the applicable truths and regulatory guidance for developing a good scope of work and using proper methodology.
