Dr Harding is also the lead editor for Lewis' Medical -Surgical Nursing, 10th edition, and coauthor of Clinical Reasoning Cases in Nursing. Shelly Stefka, MSN, RN, is a lecturer of nursing at Kent State University Tuscarawas and part-time staff member in medical-surgical nursing at Trinity Hospital Twin City in Dennison, Ohio. Ms Stefka teaches nursing fundamentals and medical-surgical nursing and oversees students' clinical experiences in surgical nursing. Mistey Bailey, MSN, RN, is a lecturer of nursing at Kent State University Tuscarawas. Ms Bailey teaches nursing fundamentals, medical-surgical nursing, and pediatrics, and oversees students' clinical experiences in surgical and pediatric nursing. Donna Morgan, BSN, RN, is the nursing laboratory coordinator at Kent State University Tuscarawas and a per diem staff nurse in labor and delivery at Cleveland Clinic-Union Hospital in Dover, Ohio. Ms Morgan is responsible for the oversight of nursing students' practice of laboratory skills, including intravenous therapy, and overseeing students' clinical experiences in obstetrics. She is currently a student at Kent State University, pursuing an MSN in nursing education. Aric Anderson, ASN, RN, was an honors student under the supervision of Dr Harding at the time this work was completed. He is currently a staff nurse in medical-surgical nursing at Trinity Hospital Twin City in Dennison, Ohio, and a student in the RN-BSN program at Kent State University.
