Senioritis is the lack of motivation that students exhibit during their senior year of high school or college. As the end of school approaches, students may skip class, arrive late, not complete assignments, and blow off studying for tests, all of which can cause grades to drop off. They may demonstrate laziness and a flippant attitude toward schoolwork. Experiential education has higher learning retention rates and is suggested as an antidote to senioritis.
